Our company was established in 2003 by separation of the General Partnership "Capitol" company that has been working since 1994. During all its working period the company has developed, grown up and proved as being a loyal and preferable business partner on the construction market.

Major Activities of the Company

• Design, engineering, and turnkey project construction of new civil and industrial buildings.
• Performance, reconstruction and putting into operation of exterior water supplying and sewage systems.
• Construction and repairing of interior, water supplying and sewage systems, heating, ventilation and air-conditional installations.
• New constriction, performance and finishing works, repairing and reconstruction of industrial storehouses, residential buildings and facilities.
• Supply and installing of steel-concrete elements.
• Design, manufacture and installing of metal structures and elements for production storehouses, facilities, fences and others.
• Implementation of facade and roof sheet-iron edgings and isolation and other materials preferred by customer.
• Supply, manufacture and installing of all type reinforcement.

"Capitol Group" PLC has at own disposal a storage-manufacturing base.

Our company also has its own machinery park in very good condition consisting of earth-moving machines (including excavation, embankment and compaction); machine for manual hydraulic and mechanized concrete crushing; pavements and masonry works; transport vehicles; welding machines; excellent equipped temporary administrative offices and residential rooms.

The high professional presence of "Capitol Group" PLC in the dynamic and complicated construction market is a result of well-experienced employees. The managers of the company are high-qualified engineers and technicians. Their wide experience, knowledge and managing skills aid the professional working style of the company. In our work we rely on 12 technical managers (engineers) with working experience from 2 to 44 years. They have proved their professional knowledge many times and skills by completing various building and construction projects. Our building workers are closely specialized, which help them in completing professionally their construction and installing works in time.

The Regional Department of Public Inspection for Technical Supervision has issued our company of Permission according to Regulation No 21 for implementation of construction works on gas-facilities and installation.
